A horrific terror attack during an Ariana Grande concert in the English City of Manchester has taken at least 19 lives, with around 50 people injured.
Police are treating the attack as a terrorist incident.
British Prime Minister Theresa May has said her thoughts are with the victims, and condemned the attack as “appalling.”
According to reports, witnesses heard loud bangs, which led to concertgoers fleeing from the arena.
Before the attack, the United Kingdom was on their second-highest terror alert level (severe), which could mean an attack by terrorists is “considered highly likely.”
There are reports ISIS has taken responsibility for the attack.
