Behind The Scenes, Trudeau Still Pushing “Free Trade” With China

As we’ve all seen, Justin Trudeau never misses a chance to sell us out to China.

Despite the immense criticism he is getting for letting China buy Norsat – without a national security review – behind the scenes Trudeau is still pushing ahead with what could be the biggest economic betrayal of all: A so-called “free trade” deal with China.

As reported by The Standard in Hong Kong, “Premier Li Keqiang and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau held a telephone conversation yesterday to discuss relations and international and regional issues. Li said that the third round of feasibility studies on the establishment of a free trade zone is about to be held.”

For such a potentially consequential deal, there’s been surprisingly little discussion about it publicly. It seems the government elites want to keep this as hidden as possible from the Canadian people.

Of course, that’s because we’ve seen that what is called “free trade” often ends up ripping away our national sovereignty, and selling out working class and middle income Canadians. Sure, the elites who run the biggest corporations and banks may profit, and they may use those numbers to give the impression that the economy is growing, but we know the real consequences:

If Trudeau gets his way, Canada’s producers and manufacturers will get crushed even more by further cheap imports, and our wages will be pushed down even further.

And considering Trudeau’s track record, we can be certain that more and more Canadian companies will be sold off to China. As a result, our economy will become even more hollowed out, and our workers will be even worse off.

That’s why we need to keep a very close eye on these “free trade” discussions, and get the truth out to the Canadian people. Trudeau has already sold us out to China in numerous instances, and he’s not going to stop unless he is defeated.

The elites want to hide their many failures behind political correctness, deception, and manipulation. We need to push back and spread the truth.

That’s why I write.
