“Justin Trudeau may have forgotten about you. The Liberals may have forgotten about you. But we will never, ever forget about you,” said Ford.
In a speech marking 100 days of a PC government in Ontario, Doug Ford ripped into Justin Trudeau on trade, and praised the growing coalition against the hated carbon tax.
Here’s what Ford said about trade:
“They used Ontario jobs as a bargaining chip, and Justin Trudeau is out there taking a victory lap without giving honest answers about what he will do for the people he’s left behind. Justin Trudeau may have forgotten about you. The Liberals may have forgotten about you. But we will never, ever forget about you.”
He also ripped the carbon tax, rightfully calling it a ‘scam.’
“The good news is our alliance against the carbon tax is growing. From coast to coast, people across Canada are standing up to the carbon tax scam.”
Ford also linked the failed Wynne government with the failing Trudeau government:
“We’ve taken Kathleen Wynne’s hands out of your pockets. I promise you one thing – we’re going to take Justin Trudeau’s hands out of your pockets.”
Ford has shown strong leadership against Justin Trudeau’s dangerous and destructive agenda, and has brought other provinces along in the anti-carbon tax coalition. Ford shows that Canadian politicians can succeed when they have the toughness to fight back against the elites and refuse to give in to the corrupt establishment media.
