Entitlement: Privy Council Clerk Michael Wernick Called Government Of Canada Website “My Website”

Not that surprising considering his immense arrogance.

Micheal Wernick wasn’t that well-known until he burst onto the scene at the House of Commons Justice Committee.

Despite the fact that he’s supposed to be a non-partisan bureaucrat (the most powerful un-elected person in Canada), he instead acted like a pro-Trudeau partisan, going on an insane rant about ‘assassination’ and desperately trying to spin and deflect from the improper pressure put on Jody Wilson-Raybould.

He later returned to testify again, this time complaining about ‘mean tweets’ and whining like a baby.

As a result, Wernick now has a high profile, and Canadians aren’t big fans of him. He’s been condemned across the political spectrum for his arrogance, elitism, and obvious disdain for the Canadian People.

And a recent tweet from his account only adds to the impression of arrogance. It was pointed out by Warren Kinsella – who has been doing a great job exposing Wernick’s unfitness for the job:

“Michael Wernick calls the web site for the Government of Canada “my website.” #cdnpoli #lavscam #lpc”

At this point, it’s not really a surprise.

It simply confirms what we already know about the attitude of people like Wernick: They think they own Canada, and they couldn’t care less about the people who actually make our country function.

Wernick and Trudeau have no business governing our country. Canadians deserve much better.

Maybe one day the job can be filled by a qualified person and not on their French ability.

Fine and dandy to have a few Bureaucrats providing their opinions and observations but we want to hear from the Politicians we elected. They or he are the ones we need to hear from under oath. They are the ones or he is the one who is responsible to us, the citizens and taxpayers of Canada. If we don’t hear their testimony and answers in this council then it will be in Court. Better it was both. John Feldsted brought up an interesting point. Why didn’t the Opposition and their staff catch the little bit of legislation the Liberals hid… Read more »

I would like to hear testimony from Ministers and elected MP’s. There are more MP’s that have interacted with Trudeau and we need to hear from them as well. Which backbenchers have been crapped on? Which are scared of his response when they don’t grovel to him? This is about more then just SNC, corruption in the Liberal Party probably goes much deeper and we deserve to see where the bottom might be.

Wernick is extremely bias and should be removed.

Trudeau needs to testify under oath. The weak excuse that Wernick got from the Committee stating that oaths aren’t needed because they could be held responsible for their testimony at a later time is bogus. That would involve Courts and hearings. and would never happen. Oath is oath. We also need to hear from the Lavalin big-wigs, under oath. It turns out some at the very top end of Lavalin are disturbingly close to the Liberal Party, even to the point of being ex – Privy Council Clerks and Ministers. JWR has to return and Trudeau respond to questions, under… Read more »

When will the obstruction of justce charges be laid?

Why would anyone believe that any question answered by the PM, PMO or any of his Liberal thugs, “under oath” would be the “Truth”? I and the majority of Canadians know better! They have been lying for 3 1/2 years!
