“It’s time for you to get ahead” says Scheer as campaign gets underway.
Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer kicked off his campaign, speaking in Quebec about the need to put more money in the pockets of Canadians and ensure Justin Trudeau is a one-term PM.
Following his remarks, Scheer repeatedly slammed the Liberals and Justin Trudeau, saying Trudeau “has lied, has looked Canadians in the eye and said things that he knew was not true.”
Scheer also slammed Trudeau as a “millionaire Liberal” who wants to raise gas prices and cost of living.
So far, Scheer is off to a strong start, showing a good balance of explaining what he will do for Canadians, slamming the failed record of the Trudeau Liberals, and looking comfortable answering questions from the press.
