“We urge the Trudeau government to respect the ruling of the court, and scrap their carbon tax immediately on Alberta families,” says Alberta Premier.
The Alberta Court of Appeal has ruled the Trudeau Carbon Tax is Unconstitutional.
The ruling was 4-1.
It will certainly be challenged in the Supreme Court, as the corrupt Liberal government continuously refuses to respect the province of Alberta, and instead seeks to impose their hated policies.
Despite that, Alberta Premier Jason Kenney called on the Trudeau government to respect the ruling:
