Cowardly Trudeau Skips Question Period, Takes ‘Personal Day’ Instead

Trudeau himself picked today as a day when the House would sit so questions should be answered. Then, he skipped it.

Justin Trudeau’s claim that he would run “the most open and accountable” government of all time has long been a joke.

Yet, Trudeau seems to continue to outdo himself in his attempt to do the opposite of what he said he would do.

As we know, the House of Commons is barely sitting at all over the summer, after the NDP backed the Liberals in keeping it mostly shut.

The government picked a few rare days where Question Period would take place, and Trudeau pledged to answer questions.

Today was one of those days.

Yet, rather than have even a shred of courage and answer questions related to the WE Scandal, Trudeau instead took a ‘Personal Day.’

“BREAKING: Today is the day that @JustinTrudeau picked to resume the House of Commons (just one day) to debate important legislation, but guess who isn’t showing up?

The Prime Minister!

To avoid answering any tough questions, Trudeau is taking a PERSONAL DAY!”

This is nothing short of total cowardice by Trudeau.

He doesn’t have the guts to be accountable for his repeated lies and attempts to deceive Canadians. So, he just skips out on QP, leaving his MPs to answer questions and get thrown under the bus, and denying the Canadian People the accountability that is so essential to living in a democracy.

Trudeau continues to show that he believe he is above the rest of us, above the rules, above accountability, and thinks he can get away with anything.
