The Freedom Convoy Is More Popular Than The Liberal Party

Trudeau and the Liberals are the fringe.

In the last five surveys asking Canadians how they would vote whenever the next election takes place, these are the percentages saying they would vote Liberal:

28.2%, 30.3%, 28.4%, 34%, 29.4%.

That averages out to 30.06%.

That puts the Liberals even lower than what they received in the last federal election.

And guess what?

It also puts them lower than the Freedom Convoy.

According to an Abacus survey, 32% say they have a lot in common with the way the Freedom Convoy participants see things, while 68% say have very little in common with how the participants see things.

Further, 43% see the protest as ‘respectful and appropriate,’ while 57% see the protest as ‘offensive and inappropriate.’

Even assuming the 32% figure represents the low end of support for the convoy, that puts the Freedom Convoy ahead of the Trudeau Liberals.

A more realistic assumption would be to assume that the 43% figure is closer, which would put the Freedom Convoy way ahead of the Liberals.

After all, some see Abacus as a Liberal-leaning firm, so if even their numbers are showing many Canadians supporting the convoy, that is quite interesting. Likely support could be much higher, especially if Canadians were able to answer without the fear of social pressure.

Also, let’s remember that the Freedom Convoy has been subject to dishonest demonization by the establishment media, and all the political parties except the CPC and PPC.

Canada’s moribund and discredited institutions have gone all out to try and turn Canadians against the convoy, with Trudeau desperately trying to make it seem like a tiny ‘fringe minority’ of people.

Yet, it turns out that Trudeau is the real ‘fringe minority,’ as his party is less popular than the convoy.

And this is really no surprise, considering that Trudeau ‘won’ the last two elections with the lowest percentage of the popular vote for any party that had the most seats.

He has also lost large numbers of raw votes in each election, meaning the more Canadians see of him, the less they support him.

GoFundMe takes from the Truckers

As you may have seen, GoFundMe has shut down the Freedom Convoy fundraising page, meaning they will be deprived of all $9 million that was donated after an initial $1 million had been released. Further, GoFundMe won’t be automatically refunding donors, and will instead give the money to charities chosen by GoFundMe.

This outrageous move seems to have come at the behest of anti-freedom politicians, and people are ripping the horrendous decision:

“GoFundMe is the worst fking platform.

They freeze the trucker convoy’s campaign because it “doesn’t follow their terms of service/the law”

But BLM – who burned up cities for 3 months – could campaign there as much as they like?

I hate this clown world.”

“GoFundMe is trying to steal $9,000,000 from the trucker fund and plans to give it to “approved charities.” Ie they’ll be funding communist groups. Demand a refund here and be sure to never use this site again! support.gofundme.com/hc/en-us/reque

“This is far worse than mere theft. Government-sanctioned appropriation from citizens funding lawful opposition. This sets a very very dark precedent @JustinTrudeau @gofundme”

“If you donated to the freedom convoy file a charge back immediately.

They will likely get charged 10 to $15 for every charge back.

Otherwise GoFundMe announced your money goes wherever they want.

Probably BLM”

“This is quite the undemocratic admission of guilt, Jim. Before you finally leave office under a cloud of transit inquiry, we’re sure that you’ll apply this same standard to the protests that better suit your sensibilities.”

Yet, GoFundMe are massive hypocrites, since they allowed fundraisers for the Antifa CHAZ even after people were murdered:

“GoFundMe just canceled the truckers’ fundraiser. They kept the BLM/Antifa CHAZ fundraiser up EVEN AFTER THERE WERE MURDERS in the “autonomous zone”!!!”

If the establishment has so much support, why don’t they act like it?

Let us now consider all of this.

The governing party of Canada is less popular than a convoy the Prime Minister tried to claim was a ‘fringe minority.’

Despite the efforts of the state-funded & state-subservient establishment press, the convoy has the support of millions of Canadians.

And, the political elites got so desperate that they pressured GoFundMe into taking the money raised by the convoy.

Does all of that make it look like the establishment has the support of the public?

Of course not.

In fact, it’s just the opposite.

The establishment is acting like regimes throughout history that didn’t have the support of their people. They use fear, division, abuse of power, co-option of institutions, and manipulation of the media to give the appearance of support, yet react with so much fear when they see a genuine expression of what the people believe.

This is why both Independent Media and the Freedom Convoy scare the establishment so much. Both are outside the control and manipulation of the state, and both represent what Canadians think at a grassroots level. With that in mind, it’s no surprise that the authorities have been threatening any police officers or military members who would ‘dare’ express support for the Freedom Convoy. They are terrified that those they count on to infringe on our freedoms would instead stand for freedom, as there are many freedom-loving people in our institutions who are being suppressed by their bosses.

All in all, Canadians are making it clear that we want control over our own lives, and that kind of courageous, independent mindset is what those in power fear most.
