WATCH: Liberals BLOCK Conservative MP Michael Chong From Asking About Han Dong During Committee Meeting

A desperate cover-up gets even worse.

Following the bombshell revelations that Liberal MP Han Dong – who Justin Trudeau has repeatedly praisedallegedly told a Chinese diplomat to delay the release of the two Michaels in order to benefit the Liberals politically, Conservative MP Michael Chong attempted to ask Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly about the shocking story.

As you can see in the video below, the Liberals blocked him from doing so:

“At the Immigration Committee, CPC MP Michael Chong tried to ask Foreign Affairs Minister Melanie Joly about our Han Dong story but he was interrupted by a point of order from a LPC MP and then the chair said he ran out of time.”

This is disgraceful behaviour by the Liberals, and shows how the Liberal Party is using and abusing every lever of government power to try and stop people from talking about the truly horrendous reports about China’s foreign interference.

As I said in the previous article, this is a truly massive scandal and crisis for our nation:

“This news story has generated 100% justified outrage. If the story is true (Dong denies the allegations) and an MP from the governing party spoke to a hostile foreign power and advocated against the release of two Canadian Citizens, and if the Prime Minister has repeatedly defended that MP, that brings our entire government into question. It brings the entire system into question. Who is the government working for? How can we trust them? Why should the government have any influence over us if the PM is perceived as not loyal to our nation and our people? These are the questions Canadians will be asking.”

By blocking Chong’s question, the Liberals make themselves look more and more complicit with the assault on Canadian democracy and Canadian institutions.

The question now is whether any Liberal MPs – some of whom are indeed good people with a conscience – will actually stand up and say enough is enough. Will they call for Dong to be removed from the Liberal Caucus? Will they call for Trudeau to resign? Or will they go along with all of this and continue allowing our democracy to be undermined by a foreign regime? If it’s the latter, then they can no longer call themselves good people or people of conscience, as they will have chosen to prioritize their own partisan interests and China’s interests above the defence of the Canadian People.
