We are watching in real-time as the values of our nation are subverted.
UNRWA – the United Nations Relief and Works Agency that operates in Palestinian areas – has long been linked to Hamas and terrorism.
Despite claiming to not know about Hamas’ preparation for repeated attacks against Israel, many Hamas rocket launch sites are located right next to UNRWA schools, making it impossible for the UN-funded staff to be ignorant about what was going on.
Yet, it turns out that things are even worse than that.
It turns out that 3,000 UNRWA staff – funded by the tax dollars of donor countries from around the world including Canada – openly CELEBRATED Hamas’ barbaric and savage attack against Israel on October 7th:

Now, Canada’s funding of UNRWA should have ended long ago.
It was cut by the Harper Government, but Trudeau restored it.

Even after the October 7th attack, even after all the links between UNRWA and Hamas have been revealed, Trudeau continues to send our tax dollars to UNRWA.
And now, Salma Zahid, a Liberal MP who travelled to the Middle East is praising the organization:

The original UN Watch report was released on January 9th. MP Zahid’s Tweet was put out on January 15th. There’s no way the Liberals didn’t know about the UN Watch report when MP Zahid praised the UNRWA.
As I’ve said before, the Liberals know what they’re doing here.
They continue to make it clear that they won’t ever take a strong stand against Hamas, against anti-Semitism, and against the UN agencies that have aided, abetted, and cheered Hamas’ horrific crimes.
The fact that a Liberal MP is praising the same group – UNRWA – that had so many staff CELEBRATE the subhuman actions of Hamas on October 7th should be a profound wakeup call on how bad things are in this country, and how much our values have already been undermined.
