The radical Liberals & NDP have stripped you of your right to be safe as a law-abiding Canadian. Instead, they’ve chosen to skew the ‘justice system’ towards criminals and deliberately put your safety at risk.
One of Canada’s biggest problems – in what is an ever-growing list – is that we aren’t putting enough people in jail and mental asylums.
The ‘deinstitutionalization’ trend pushed by the far-left has been a disaster, resulting in dangerous criminals and severely mentally ill individuals roaming the streets.
As a result, Canada is becoming more and more dangerous.
And this means law-abiding Canadians are being denied our right to be safe in our communities.
It may not be ‘nice’ or politically correct to say that more people need to be locked up, but that is simply the reality. Too many people who should be in jail or should be in institutions are just walking around putting everyone else at risk.
That’s why Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre’s promise to toughen the justice system – including using the Notwithstanding Clause to toughen punishments for the most vicious killers – has resonated with the public.
People are tired of the Liberals & NDP letting dangerous lunatics roam around on the streets.
Canadians recognize that refusing to lock up dangerous people results in law-abiding people being stripped of our rights.
But of course, the Trudeau-funded legacy press still doesn’t get it.
They’re now trying to demonize Poilievre for wanting to toughen the justice system. Here’s what the Toronto Red Star is saying:
#Opinion Pierre Poilievre hints he'd like to strip Canadians of some rights. There's something to think about when it's time to vote https://t.co/KAmIJCXMl3 #cdnpoli
— Toronto Star (@TorontoStar) May 15, 2024
Of course, the Star is lying here.
Poilievre and the Conservatives have made clear they’ll only use the Notwithstanding Clause (which is a legitimate part of Canada’s Constitution) to toughen sentences for criminals.
By lying about Poilievre’s plans and opposing efforts to toughen up the justice system, the legacy press is siding with criminals and standing against the vast majority of Canadians who are law-abiding citizens.
Canadians understand that its the Liberal & NDP radicals who have stripped our rights by letting dangerous criminals roam around instead of locking them up.
