Even though they would never admit it, it’s clear that many people who hate Israel are motivated by envy.
For most rational people, Israel and the Jewish community are sources of deep inspiration. Overcoming genocide and oppression around the world, the Jewish People built a powerful, free, and advanced nation despite being surrounded by enemies and lacking almost entirely in natural resources.
Thus, the rational move would be to try and learn from Israel and learn from the Jewish community.
People from failed countries and failing civilizations should look at how Israel has overcome the odds to achieve so much and be inspired to know that their own country or group could do the same.
But because so many failed countries and failed civilizations are obsessed with saving face above all else, the idea of learning from Israel’s success is unimaginable.
So instead, they demonize Israel, embrace virulent anti-Semitism, and turn themselves into the worst humanity has to offer.
This is why it is so important for everyone who values human flourishing and human freedom to support Israel.
It’s not just about Israel, and it’s not just about the Jewish community.
It’s about whether we build a future based on freedom and prosperity, or whether we follow the envy-filled anti-Semites into the abyss of hatred, poverty, and endless decline.
