Odd choice, yet not surprising from the NDP.
NDP candidate Craig Sauve is running in the LaSalle—Émard—Verdun by-election.
But you could be forgiven for thinking he’s running for office in Gaza.
Because instead of using the Canadian flag on his campaign brochures, he’s using the Palestinian flag:

Conservative MPs slammed the brochure:
“This guy is running for federal office in Canada. This is his official campaign brochure.
No matter one’s political stripe or position on an issue, everyone should question why he’s chosen to conspicuously absent the Canadian flag, and prominently feature a foreign one instead.”

“Why is there a Palestinian flag on this NDP flyer?
Why not a Canadian flag?
Why did Jagmeet Singh approve this?”

At a time when Canada and our allies are under assault from the Authoritarian Axis of China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and their various terrorist proxy groups like Hamas, it’s disappointing to see the NDP keep pandering to extremist anti-Western sentiment.
