No wonder he has so little concern for the impact of the carbon tax.
Steven Guilbeault has often seemed remarkably out of touch with struggling Canadians.
And it turns out, there’s a good reason why this is the case.
Guilbeault has never owned a private vehicle:
“JAW-DROPPING
Justin Trudeau’s radical environment minister admits he has NEVER owned a vehicle in his ENTIRE life.
Meanwhile, he brags about his personal chauffeur’s electric vehicle.
This is the guy who is increasing the carbon tax to 61 cents a litre.
This is the guy who is banning gas-powered vehicles.
This is the guy who promised not to build any new roads.
Minister Guilbeault literally has no clue what working Canadians are going through.
Can you believe this?”

Now, not owning a private vehicle doesn’t automatically mean someone couldn’t empathize with those who do.
If Guilbeault were more empathetic and open-minded, he could place himself in the position of Canadian vehicle owners and realize that carbon tax hikes and gas tax hikes cause severe economic pain.
But Guilbeault has no interest in doing that.
Instead, he’s obsessed with pushing an extreme agenda that makes Canadians poorer while doing nothing to impact the global climate.
