If Trudeau and the Liberals refuse to act on Poilievre’s common-sense demand, it will be further evidence that our government is serving the enemies of our nation and the enemies of our way of life.
As Justin Trudeau and the Liberals abandon Canadian values, abandon our allies, and sell us out, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre is showing leadership.
Poilievre has released a strong statement demanding that the Liberal government designate the Houthi terrorists and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as terrorist organizations and ban them.
Poilievre’s statement can be read below:
Canada must ensure Houthi terrorists are held accountable for their violent attacks.
Like the IRGC, they are legally allowed to operate in Canada.

At a time when terrorists and anti-Semites are emboldened by Trudeau’s weakness and lack of principle, and at a time when Canada is diverging more and more from our democratic allies, Pierre Poilievre’s strong common-sense statement provides some hope that Canada will soon return to having a principled foreign policy, and will soon have a government that actually sides with our own people rather than siding with the enemy.
