That’s a new one!
Just when you think you’ve heard it all in Canadian politics, along comes something novel and unique.
Apparently, questioning whether China influenced Canada’s elections – something Justin Trudeau has been warned about by top national security officials since 2017 – is doing China’s bidding.
That’s right:
Being concerned about China interfering in Canada’s democracy is doing exactly what China wants…

If this is the kind of ‘genius-level’ thinking within the government, it’s no wonder our country is being left so undefended from foreign influence.
Of course, anyone with a shred of common-sense knows that attempting to deflect and dismiss criticism of China by focusing attention on those making the criticism rather than on the action in question is one of the most common tactics of the Chinese Communist Party.
The Liberals continue to demonstrate a dangerous naivety when it comes to protecting our nation.
