With crime in Canada surging out of control, a recent stabbing now has terror links.
Authorities are investigating ISIS terrorism as a motive in a recent stabbing on a bus in Surrey B.C.
According to reports, Abdul Aziz Kawam allegedly slashed a victim’s throat with a knife, and then assaulted a second bus passenger.
Initially charged with attempted murder, authorities have now added four counts of terrorism. The RCMP is also now investigating.
According to court records, the stabbing was carried out “for the benefit of, at the direction of, or in association with a terrorist group, to wit: the Islamic State.”
Soft on crime, soft on terror
This recent stabbing attack is another example of surging crime across our nation.
We are seeing the consequences of years of Liberal soft-on-crime policies, with our society becoming a more and more dangerous place.
With all that’s happening, it can be easy to forget that the Liberals are not only soft on crime, but they are soft on terrorism.
Trudeau and his cronies put political correctness above protecting our national security, and have often demonized those who warned of the threat of terrorism, just as they demonize those who warned about the danger of China’s foreign interference.
Sadly, the surge in crime and the threat to the safety and security of Canadians is likely to keep on rising so long as the pathetically weak Trudeau Liberals remain in office.
