They’ve got nothing but lies.
With Liberal Speaker Greg Fergus facing escalating pressure to resign over his overt partisanship, the Liberals’ efforts to rescue the flailing Fergus aren’t going well.
As revealed by Conservative MP Eric Duncan, letters the Liberals claimed were “anonymous” statements of support for Fergus were in fact written by a Liberal-appointed Senator and a former Liberal MP:
“Liberals wanted everyone watching to know that members of our committee received “anonymous letters” supporting Greg Fergus as Speaker.
Unfortunately, the metadata evidence shows that these letters were written by a Liberal appointed Senator and a former Liberal MP.”

The fact that the Liberals tried to pass these Liberal letters off as some sort of genuine show of support for Fergus demonstrates their contempt for the Canadian People.
It also demonstrates the absolute dearth of real support for Fergus.
The disgraced Liberal speaker has to go, as he has proven himself completely unworthy of the position and unable to actually do the job in a non-partisan way.
