As the global outbreak spreads, the declaration many expected has arrived.
The World Health Organization has declared Coronavirus a “Public Health Emergency.”
Here’s what they said in a series of Tweets:
“We don’t know what sort of damage this #2019nCoV virus could do if it were to spread in a country with a weaker health system.
We must act now to help countries prepare for that possibility””

With Coronavirus continuing to spread, including here in Canada, there are growing calls for restrictions on travel to and from China. We are hearing and seeing more people call for that, yet the government is still refusing to act.
