The shutdown will last until April 5th.
In response to the Coronavirus outbreak, Ontario is shutting down all public schools in response to Coronavirus.
Schools are currently on March break, and the Ontario government is adding two weeks, meaning schools will be shut down until April 5th.

More and more people are calling for total school and event shutdowns across Canada.
Ontario’s move comes after Quebec banned all indoor events larger than 250 people.
It is now likely that other provinces will follow, shutting down schools across the nation – a necessary step to fight the spreading virus.
