44% Pick Poilievre As Preferred Prime Minister, Trudeau Far Behind

And NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh is even further back.

A plurality of Canadians continue to view Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre as the best choice for Prime Minister, while Justin Trudeau lags far behind.

According to Research Co., 44% picked Poilievre for the top job, while just 26% picked Trudeau.

Considering that Trudeau already has the job, those are terrible numbers for the incumbent.

As for the NDP, just 17% picked Jagmeet Singh as their choice for PM, a further indication that his Supply-and-Confidence Agreement with the Liberals has left him unable to take up the mantle of change, and left that lane open for the Conservatives.
