The Independent Public Prosecutor, Federal Court, and former Attorney General have now all said “NO” to giving SNC-Lavalin a deferred prosecution. Yet Trudeau and his cronies keep pushing.
Jody Wilson-Raybould’s principled decision to stand with Canada’s Independent Prosecutor on the issue of SNC-Lavalin has been vindicated once again.
A federal court struck down SNC-Lavalin’s attempt to ‘review’ the decision of the Director of Public Prosecution to reject a ‘Deferred Prosecution Agreement.’
SNC-Lavalin wanted the court to review the Crown's decision not to go the deferred prosecution route (that Trudeau's office was allegedly pushing). The court dismissed it. pic.twitter.com/8EbXdrHlkK

SNC-Lavalin is trying to avoid facing a criminal trial on charges of bribery.
This is a big court defeat for SNC-Lavalin, and it’s also humiliating for Justin Trudeau.
Over and over again, the rule of law has stood against giving SNC-Lavalin a Deferred Prosecution Agreement.
Just like regular Canadians are supposed to follow the rules, big companies are supposed to follow the rules.
And the former Attorney General, Public Prosecutor, and now a Federal Court have all ruled that SNC-Lavalin must face a criminal trial.
Yet, Justin Trudeau continues to ignore all of that, and the new Attorney General is a Trudeau stooge who is already musing about giving SNC-Lavalin a DPP.
This makes things even more clear: In the issue of SNC-Lavalin, Jody Wilson-Raybould, the Federal Court, and the Public Prosecutor all stand on the side of the rule of law, while Justin Trudeau stands against it.
