WATCH: Jane Philpott Says Justin Trudeau Broke The Law

Philpott says a Caucus vote needed to take place for her and Jody Wilson-Raybould to be kicked out.

By kicking her and Jody Wilson-Raybould out of the Liberal Caucus without a vote of Liberal MPs, Justin Trudeau broke the law says Jane Philpott.

Philpott says 90 votes would have been needed to kick herself and Jody Wilson-Raybould out of the Liberal Caucus.

Yet, no reported vote took place.

Trudeau made the decision himself.

In her statement, Philpott said “We were expelled prior to the commencement of the Liberal caucus meeting,” Philpott told the Commons from her new perch among Independent MPs. “The prime minister’s words that night to the Liberal caucus are important to underscore, because expulsion should not be his decision to take unilaterally. However, the decision had been already made.” Members of Parliament are not accountable to the leader but rather the leader is accountable to members of Parliament, she said. “This is a constitutional convention.”

Possible law-breaking by Trudeau would not be a surprise, since he became the first PM to be found guilty of violating Ethics Laws while in office.

Clearly, Trudeau is horribly ethically-challenged.
