Liberal MP Rota Beats Liberal MP Regan In Speaker Race

Rota’s victory is a surprise, but there was no doubt that the Liberals would hold the position again.

Liberal MP Anthony Rota is the new Speaker of the House of Commons.

Rota was facing off against the previous Speaker, Liberal MP Geoff Regan. Conservative MPs Bruce Stanton and Joel Godin were also running, while NDP MP Carol Hughes had put her name forward as well.

Regan had been expected to win, but Rota’s victory won’t change much, since the Liberals still retain control over the position.

Liberalism is a mental defect practised by Justin Turdeau and his gang of nitwits

In the immortal words of Nelson Muntz, HA HA.

Here we go again. Trudeau can now run around smashing women’s breasts and assaulting Opposition Members, and there will be no consequence. He should have been arrested by the Sargeant at Arms butt all we got was yet another insincere apology. Obviously her perception of the assault was different than Trudeau’s.

Scheer lost the election.
