Why is Jagmeet Singh associating himself with hate?
When he’s not sending out hilariously tone-deaf Tweets, Jagmeet Singh likes to lecture others as if he is some sort of elevated position.
Singh recently criticized Pierre Poilievre for speaking to the Frontier Centre for Public Policy, a mainstream conservative think-tank that Singh tried to twist into some sort of extremist group:
“Pierre Poilievre has a history of Residential School denialism.
Now he’s platforming one of the most vicious deniers in the country.
It is dangerous and violent.
When someone shows you who they are. Believe them.”

Meanwhile, it turns out that it’s Jagmeet Singh who has been associating himself with individuals holding some extreme and hateful attitudes.
As noted by Terry Glavin, Jagmeet Singh recently spoke at the “Reviving the Islamic Spirit” conference.
Singh’s fellow panelists included people with some truly hateful viewpoints:
“Singh’s fellow panelists included a guy who says homosexuality is a disease; once threatened to come to Toronto to fight gay Muslims. Then another speaker, who says the “Hoax of the Holocaust” is a “very good book.””

Glavin notes that Singh’s fellow panelists hold views that are disturbingly similar to individuals that Canada recognizes as holding hateful and extreme views:

When Jagmeet Singh shows us who he is, believe him
Jagmeet Singh says we should believe someone when they show us who they are.
He was talking about Pierre Poilievre, but let’s apply that to Jagmeet Singh.
He was willing to speak at a conference that included speakers who held some horrendous viewpoints.
Going by Singh’s rules, that means Singh is complicit in those viewpoints, and is associated with hate.
The best ‘defence’ of Singh here is that he is willing to overlook those horrendous views in order to try and gain some votes, which is still disgraceful.
Clearly, Singh’s association with hate renders him unfit for holding any kind of leadership position in Canada, and he should resign immediately.
