Liberal MP Salma Zahid thinks your tax dollars should fund the UN organization. Meanwhile, countries around the world are cutting UNRWA funding after reports indicating the organization is deeply tied to genocidal Hamas terrorists.
As nations around the world – including most of Canada’s Western allies – cut funding to UNRWA following reports the organization has extensive links to Hamas, Liberal MP Salma Zahid is going in the other direction.
In a letter, Zahid praised UNRWA and called for the restoration of their funding:

To put it mildly, this is insane.
UNRWA is increasingly being revealed to be almost an arm of Hamas, a way for the terrorist organization to bring in massive amounts of foreign money under a ‘respectable’ front and get away with decades of arming itself for attacks on Israel and indoctrinating young people to become terrorists in the future.
Yet, Zahid thinks your tax dollars should still be given to the organization.
Not only is Zahid standing against common-sense and standing against Canadian values, she’s also standing against our allies.
The fact that the Liberals continue to play this game of having MPs send signals to placate those who hate Israel and hate the West shows why Trudeau and his ilk cannot be trusted to protect the interests and security of our nation.
