Steven Guilbeault Is The Last Politician Who Should Be Giving Lectures On Morality

Guilbeault – a self-avowed socialist – has used intimidation as a protest tool and has imposed a radical agenda that makes Canadians poorer while enriching hostile nations like China, Russia, and Iran.

Eco-radical Steven Guilbeault apparently feels entitled to give out lectures on morality.

Guilbeault attacked Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe over Moe’s refusal to pay the carbon tax on natural gas:

“If Premier Scott Moe decides that he wants to start breaking laws and not respecting federal laws, then measures will have to be taken,” Guilbeault said in response to a question from a reporter.

“We can’t let that happen. What if somebody tomorrow decides that they don’t want to respect other federal laws, criminal laws? What would happen then if a prime minister, a premier of a province, would want to do that?” he went on.

“It’s irresponsible and it’s frankly immoral on his part. We can have disagreements about things like climate change, but to be so reckless is unspeakable, really.”

Of course, Guilbeault knows something about breaking the law:

Obviously, Guilbeault is the last person who should be giving a lecture on morality.

Guilbeault used intimidation – breaking into the private property of then-Premier Ralph Klein to put up solar panels – as a form of ‘protest.’

And Guilbeault’s radical agenda is deeply immoral, as it impoverishes Canadians and strangles our energy sector, while directing more money to countries like Iran, Russia, and China. China’s surging coal use has outdone any reductions in Canada’s emissions by a staggering amount, and Russia & Iran stand to benefit when our energy sector gets held back.

Also, it turns out that the federal government – as Guilbeault has admitted – doesn’t collect data on whether the carbon tax is even leading to emissions reductions.

So, on the issue of what is immoral or not, Guilbeault has zero credibility.
