Five-point drop in a month…
It appears Jagmeet Singh’s ‘keep Trudeau in power while criticizing the consequences of keeping Trudeau in power’ strategy isn’t working out so well.
After months of languishing around 15-20% even as Liberal support collapsed, the NDP now may be on the verge of a collapse of its own.
According to a new Leger poll, NDP support has fallen 5 points in just a month.
In July, the NDP was polling at 20%. Now, they’re polling at 15%.
Regional breakdowns for the party are horrendous.
They have just 8% support in Atlantic Canada, 14% in Quebec, 14% in Ontario, and just 14% in BC – once a stronghold for the party.
Canadians seem to have fully caught on to the fact that Jagmeet Singh’s NDP is nothing more than an extension of the Trudeau Liberals, which leaves Pierre Poilievre and the Conservatives as the only credible choice for change in the upcoming election.
