The Republican candidate is struggling to break above the 46% mark.
A new ABC/Ipsos poll shows U.S. Vice President Kamala Harris leading former U.S. President Donald Trump.
According to the poll, Harris has 52% support compared to 46% for Trump among likely voters.

Among registered voters, the gap is narrower, with Harris ahead 50%-46%.
Trump continues to hold his rock-solid base of support, but that support remains stuck around 46%-47%.
As a result, if Harris can consolidate the ‘anti-Trump’ majority, she has a good chance of reaching or exceeding the 50% mark.
