Two New Coronavirus Cases In Alberta

There are now a total of four cases in the province.

The province of Alberta has announced two new presumptive cases of Coronavirus in the province, bringing the total to four, with one confirmed and three presumptive.

In the two latest cases, the individuals are a man in his 60’s who was on a Grand Princess Cruise who returned to Edmonton on February 21st, and a woman in her 30’s who had been connected to someone who was recently in Europe and the Middle East. The woman lives in Calgary.

Both are in isolation at home.

Additionally, health authorities in Alberta say they are seeking to identify those who came into contact with the infected individuals, and will be asking them to isolate themselves for two weeks.

Canada now has 59 confirmed cases of Coronavirus, with the numbers growing everyday.
