In the wake of a report indicating China interfered in the 2021 election to help the Trudeau Liberals win, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre took the gloves off.

“The Liberals have spent years talking about ‘foreign election interference’ and ‘misinformation.’
But now, a Globe & Mail report reveals CSIS documents show Communist China interfered in the 2021 election to help the Trudeau Liberals and defeat the Conservatives.
The report indicates China used ‘undeclared cash donations,’ and diaspora groups to spread disinformation against Conservative candidates:
This is a huge story – even bigger than the Emergencies Act Inquiry Report – because it calls into question the legitimacy of the Trudeau government.
It also makes it nearly impossible for Canadians to have confidence in the Liberals to defend us from China’s influence, because the Liberals have a clear interest in getting help from China to stay in power.
And so, when asked about the shocking report of Communist China helping the Trudeau Liberals win the 2021 election, Pierre Poilievre didn’t hold back.

There are many reasons to want to see the Liberals be defeated in the next election. And chief among those reasons is ensuring that we have a government that is actually working for the Canadian People, rather than Communist China.
