CBC’s Pathetic ‘Teleprompter’ Excuse Shows Contempt For The Canadian People

CBC and the other government-funded elites think we should be forced to give them our money, while they treat us with arrogance and contempt.

After CBC was ripped for falsely claiming that “Israel started the Hamas war,” they tried to fob it off as a ‘teleprompter’ error:

“To clarify: There was a teleprompter glitch that cut off part of the prepared script, which read: “That’s just the latest protest taking place in Canada, since Israel declared war on Hamas following the October attacks that left 12-hundred dead.” The error was not intentional.”

That looks like a totally BS excuse.

As noted by Darshan Maharaja, what the CBC host said doesn’t seem to fit with the prepared script:

“CBC live on air: “Israel started the Hamas war”.

Now. @PnPCBC ‘clarifies’ that this was a ‘teleprompter glitch’.

Read the alleged ‘prepared script’ & judge for yourself if a teleprompter could have ended up changing the words in manner that is claimed.

I don’t believe it.”

Darshan is 100% right.

If this was just a teleprompter glitch, you would expect some part of the scrip to read “since Israel started,” followed by a gap that was left out, and then “Hamas war.”

That’s the only way in which it would actually hold up as a legitimate mistake.

Instead, what the host said didn’t show up on the teleprompter at all, the host didn’t make any mention of a teleprompter error, didn’t correct the ‘error,’ and didn’t apologize during the broadcast.

And of course, I’m sure you’ve noticed how these ‘mistakes’ only happen in one direction.

CBC and the other quasi-state broadcasters who do the bidding of the far-left only ever make anti-Israel, anti-Western, anti-Canadian mistakes. They never make pro-Israel, pro-Western, and pro-Canadian mistakes.

So, the logical conclusion here is that this wasn’t a mistake at all.

It was the mask slipping, showing what CBC really thinks.

And their effort to fob it off as an error demonstrates their hatred and contempt for the Canadian People. They feel entitled to take our tax dollars, yet they still look down on us.

This is all the more hypocritical given that while CBC and the other anti-Canadian legacy outlets do everything to weaken Canada from within and erode the foundation of our nation, it’s people like us who are actually fighting for the truth and fighting to preserve Canada.

Clearly, CBC continues to show why they must be totally defunded.
