The Israel Defence Forces Are Preventing Genocide, Not Committing It.

This is beyond obvious to anyone who takes even a few moments to think.

For many years, the word ‘genocide’ has become increasingly diluted.

Where it was once accurately used to describe deliberate state-sponsored acts of mass murder aimed at physically eradicating a specific group of people (like what Germany did to Jewish People in World War Two or when the Hutus massacred the Tutsi’s in Rwanda), it is now being thrown around with reckless abandon.

It’s even being applied to Canada.

Far-left extremists, Justin Trudeau, and the media (but I repeat myself), have all claimed Canada is committing an ongoing genocide against Indigenous People, despite the Indigenous population having by far the fastest population growth rate.

Many of those same radical activists now claim Israel is committing ‘genocide’ in Gaza, despite there being absolutely zero evidence for the claim. South Africa – a completely dysfunctional and oppressive nation – is even pushing for an ‘investigation’ of supposed ‘genocide’ in Gaza.

Such a claim falls apart immediately.

Out of a population of around 2 million, it is estimated that about 20,000 or so Gazans have died since Hamas launched their horrific attack against Israel on October 7th, though many of the death counts are based on what the Hamas health ministry says, so getting an accurate number is nearly impossible. And of course, many of those who died have been Hamas terrorists. Plus, the civilian deaths are due to Hamas hiding behind civilians.

Israel has gone out of their way to minimize civilian deaths by warning people ahead of air strikes, and encouraging people to move to safe zones. Further, the war – and the deaths – could end immediately if Hamas surrendered. Alternatively, civilian deaths could be greatly reduced if Hamas stopped hiding behind civilians and faced the IDF on the front-line.

While the loss of life among civilians is tragic, 20,000 deaths out of 2 million people is not a genocide.

Remember, Israel has nuclear weapons. If they wanted to commit genocide against the population of Gaza they could easily do so. Obviously, that’s not something Israel would ever do. In fact, Israel is still letting aid trucks into Gaza, even though many of those aid trucks are likely bringing in weapons for Hamas and even though fuel from fuel trucks is being used for rockets and ambush attacks against Israeli soldiers.

Israel also has a massive stockpile of artillery, missiles, and bombs. If they wanted to, they could have levelled Gaza without warning and killed nearly everyone there. Instead, they went out of their way to get as many civilians as possible out of harms way – efforts which were stymied by Hamas terrorists who wanted to keep civilians there as human shields and as propaganda tools.

Israel is preventing genocide

Now, think for a moment of what would happen if the situation was reversed. What if Hamas had nuclear weapons, advanced artillery, tanks, and a large air force? What would Hamas do to Israel?

Well, they openly admit what they would do:

They would destroy it. They would commit genocide, and kill all Jewish People in Israel. They would initiate a second Holocaust.

Again, this is all out in the open.

If Hamas had the capability Israel has, they would kill everyone in Israel. By contrast, Israel has killed around 20,000 people, many of them terrorists and many who died because terrorists used them as human shields.

What this means is that the Israel Defence Forces are in fact preventing a genocide, not committing one.

Without the IDF, millions of people would die.

So, when clown regimes like South Africa and clown politicians like the NDP and some pathetic Liberal MPs back a garbage ‘investigation’ into ‘genocide’ in Gaza, they should be completely dismissed as fools who lack even a shred of common sense.
