VIDEO: Liberal Heritage Minister Refuses To Condemn Anti-Semitic La Presse Cartoon

Every day brings a new level of disgrace.

In the wake of La Presse publishing a horrifically anti-Semitic cartoon, condemnation has been swift.

Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre was one of the first to condemn the awful cartoon.

“The disgusting cartoon printed in La Presse this morning is a vile and deliberate act of hatred against jews.

In a time when antisemitism, the world’s most ugly and enduring form of hatred, is resurfacing, this garbage needs to be condemned clearly and unequivocally by everyone.”

Yet, when given the chance to condemn the cartoon, Liberal Heritage Minister Pascale St-Onge refused to do so:

“What the hell is wrong with you @PascaleStOnge_?

What happened to the Liberal Party?

Refusing to condemn @LP_LaPresse’s Nazi-era anti-Semitic trope, suggesting instead that its timing wasn’t great is a new low — even for you. #cdnpoli”

This is further evidence that the Liberals have decided to go all-in on pandering to anti-Semitism to try and restore their standing in the polls.

What a disgrace.
